Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses premiumwebsolution.com, our AI chatbot, or any service delivered by Premium Web Solution. By using our services you agree not to engage in the activities listed below.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

• Anything illegal under applicable local, national, or international law.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity/privacy rights.
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination against any protected group.
• Sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material, or content that sexualises minors — zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Promotion of weapons, ammunition, explosives, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, deceptive "get-rich-quick" claims, unlicensed financial or medical advice.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Unsolicited bulk messages (spam) sent through our chatbot, contact form, or delivered systems.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Site or infrastructure.
• Impersonating another person or business, or misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone.

2. Ads-platform alignment

If we build a site or chatbot for you, the content must also comply with the policies of any advertising platform you connect to it (including Google Ads, Google AdSense, and Meta / Facebook Ads). We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work on projects that would violate those platforms' rules.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts and projects, notify affected parties, and cooperate with law enforcement. Violations may also result in termination without refund under our Terms of Service.

4. Reporting abuse

To report a violation or abusive content, email rafiulhasan@premiumwebsolution.com with a description and any relevant links. We take every report seriously.
